2002 Ferrari 575M
Highlights
This 2002 Ferrari 575M Maranello was sold new at Ferrari of Washington in Sterling, Virginia on November 15, 2002 and is one of 246 examples featuring a gated 6-speed manual gearbox. Options include interior carbon trim and the Fiorano Handling Package, which adds factory upgrades to the braking, suspension, and steering systems. Power is provided by a 5.7-liter quad-cam V12, and the car is finished in Nero Daytona over a black leather interior.
It was acquired by the selling dealer on behalf of the previous owner in July 2010 and subsequently exported to Ontario, Canada. It’s former owner purchased the car a few years ago, and 31,123 miles are now shown on the odometer. The timing belts and fluids were replaced less than 1,700 miles ago in August 2018. The Pininfarina-styled 575 features improved aerodynamics and weight distribution compared to its predecessor, the 550 Maranello. This example is finished in Nero Daytona and does not wear fender shields.
The seller notes paintwork on the front end and rocker panels to correct for stone chips, and the recent Carfax report shows no history of accidents or other damage. The Fiorano Handling Package includes stiffer suspension, upgraded brake calipers, Pagid brake pads, and a different power steering computer. The braking and power steering systems were flushed in August 2018.
The interior is upholstered in black leather with optional red piping on the power-adjustable seats. Carbon fiber trim can be seen on the door panels, sills, seats, and around the aftermarket Pioneer head unit. The dashboard and center console are finished in matching black leather. Driver inputs include a gated shifter, carbon fiber shift knob, and a three-spoke steering wheel trimmed in carbon fiber and leather. Instrumentation includes a 10k-rpm tachometer, a 220-mph speedometer, and a digital odometer showing just under 31,200 miles. Contact (305) 809-0777 for more information.
