These terms govern use of the Ferrari Deals LLC website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when requesting a vehicle offer.
No guaranteed offer or sale
A submission is a request for review, not a guaranteed purchase offer. Any proposed terms remain subject to verification of the vehicle, history, condition, ownership, liens, documents and submitted information. A seller is not required to accept an offer.
Seller authority
You should submit a vehicle only when you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner. Additional signatures or authority documents may be required for jointly owned vehicles, companies, trusts or estates.
Vehicle information
Year, model, VIN, mileage, condition, accident history, modifications, payoff details and photographs should be accurate and current. Material differences discovered during verification may change or end proposed terms.
Payments, liens and pickup
Final procedures depend on the accepted transaction, title status and lender requirements. Do not release the vehicle or title outside the confirmed document and payment process.
